摘要:多糖是由多个单糖分子缩合而成的一类重要的大分子物质,因其具有抗病毒、抗癌、抗氧化、调节免疫、降血糖等生物活性,受到广泛关注,通过多糖的结构修饰(如硫酸化、羧甲基化、磷酸化等)可提高其生物活性,甚至产生新的生物活性。文章就多糖磷酸化修饰方法、多糖磷酸酯结构表征、生物活性等方面进行概述,以期为多糖磷酸化修饰提供参考依据。

Research Progress of Phosphorylation Modification of Polysaccharides

Abstract:Polysaccharides which consisted by many monosaccharides is an important macromolecular. It has a variety of biological activities, such as anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, immune regulation and hypoglycemic effect. Therefore, researchers pay more attention on polysaccharides. Biological activities of polysaccharides can be improved by structural modification (such as sulfation, carboxymethylation, phosphorylation, et al.) and even produce new biological activities. The methods of phosphorylation and characteristic and biological activities of phosphorylated polysaccharides are summarized in order to provide some reference for further research.
